Every inspection includes a detailed, custom report book,
plus important reference material. All home inspections
are performed according to the Standards of Practice set
out by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
The inspection checks the home’s systems and components,
including:
- Structural System e.g. foundation
and framing.
- Exterior e.g. wall covering, flashing
& trim
- Roof System e.g. roof covering, roof
drainage systems
- Plumbing System e.g. interior water
supply, water heating equipment, vents
- Electrical System e.g. service drop,
service grounding, GFCI’s
- Heating System e.g. installed heating
equipment, vent system
- Air Conditioning Systems e.g. installed
central and through wall cooling equipment
- Interior e.g. walls, ceilings, floors,
stairs, railings
- Insulation and Ventilation
- Safety considerations
